De-stressing programme (5 -Day OPD Visit)

Our De-stress Program is a concentrated five-day outpatient experience aimed at alleviating stress. Over the course of five days, participants will adhere to tailored guidelines that support the de-stressing process and maximize results, beginning from  Day 1. A thorough consultation is done to register physical ailments, as well as emotional disturbances which is creating turmoil in the patients life. This will help our physician  decide whether our classing destress treatment should be complemented with any other treatment plans which can help you destress completely.

Program overview :

At KLS wellness institute we offer Massage and shirodhara as a part of the program for 5 days .  

Massages is a therapeutic technique that involves manipulating soft tissues in the body to relieve tension and promote relaxation. This practice not only alleviates muscle soreness but also enhances circulation and reduces stress levels, contributing to overall well-being. Different styles of massage, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, can cater to individual preferences and specific needs, making it an effective tool for managing stress.

Shirodhara, a traditional Ayurvedic treatment, complements massage by offering a unique de-stressing experience. In this therapy, a continuous stream of warm herbal oil is poured over the forehead, targeting the third eye (Ajna) chakra. This calming procedure helps to quiet the mind, enhance mental clarity, and alleviate anxiety. Shirodhara is particularly beneficial for those struggling with insomnia, headaches, and stress-related issues, as it induces deep relaxation and emotional release.

This is complemented by Meditation and psychological counseling sessions depending on the need of the case

Meditation  is incorporated into the program as a complementary technique to cultivate mindfulness and mental clarity. This practice helps to further reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and promote inner peace.

Psychological Counseling sessions are conducted to ensure emotional balance, psychological counseling is also integrated into the de-stress program. This approach allows individuals to address emotional challenges, cope with stress more effectively, and develop healthier mental habits.
